gnome minimized size animations

在VMware里体验了下专为i686优化的arch linux，用会儿gnome，没3D加速就不开compiz了，难以忍受的最小化黑框框终于让我狠下心来寻找去掉他的办法。

gconf-editor ->apps->metacity->general->reduced resources->true

然后发现拖动的时候出现了一个更丑的9宫格黑框。。。果然是很神奇的gnome世界啊，启用 辅助技术屏蔽之

   gconf-edit:
   /apps/metacity/general/reduced_resources 改为true
   /desktop/gnome/interface/accessibility 改为true
   这样最小化就没有黑框了，也没有“出现了一个更丑的9宫格黑框”

   恶~ 我猜测的没错。。。 /interface/accessibility设置为ture = 启用辅助技术
